Conditions of riding with Sydney Spokes

By participating in the cycling activities provided by Sydney Spokes, you agree:

• to obey all Australia and NSW road rules;

• that your bicycle and equipment are in good mechanical order;

• to comply with all directions given to you by the ride leader and sweep;

• that you participate at your own risk;

• to indemnify Sydney Spokes against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost or expense that may arise.
